The town is a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with white linens. The room could use some updated decor but there was ample room and could accommodate 5 people with the pull out sofa. The pool area was nice to sit poolside with blue and white striped cushions and blue umbrellas made it feel resort like.

The hotel was very nice, in an excellent location and Alannah at the front desk when we checked in was amazing - she was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. She offered some great suggestions for dinner restaurants. The Holiday Inn is very lucky to have her on their team! The chef brought out a new lemon dessert he was looking to add to the menu which tasted amazing!!

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. My favorite were the staff, however. The lady receptionist went above and beyond trying to check in my family early, as we got there early in the morning and there was nothing to do outside because of the rain. I think she felt bad for us and had the compassion and generosity to check us in way ahead of time. I am so grateful to her. The server at the breakfast was also the sweetest guy. He talked to my family in such a personable way, I really felt at home. Overall great stay. The pool and gym was great, too. The kids enjoyed the pool and my eldest son used the gym for his daily workout.

Bradley went out of his way for our comfort and ease of checking in, and answering our questions and with our room keys. Still a mystery why both keys didn't work. Even the housekeepers on the day of checking out had problems with all their keys. We all had a chuckle. Thank you.

Breakfast was more than I expected; however, I was disappointed that there was no meat alternative to pork. The location worked out just as I expected.

We liked everything about this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the location very good. The hotel is paying attention to environmentally sustainable practices which we appreciate a lot. It was nice to be offered cold drinks in the lobby. Well done!

Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Had to leave a bit earlier than expected due to some family issues. The facility was very clean and comfortable, despite construction at the time. That was kept well away from the room we were in. Location was a bit off the beaten path, but that wasnt important to us.
